It's All About the Food Baby


It was a damp day. So for lunch I whipped up potatoes, onions, & country sausages. Served with a side of butternut squash warmed with olive oil, and toasted french bread spread with Amish blue cheese. That's black coffee in the cup. And of course the mandatory candle.
Before lunch I had to mentor for two hours at work, so this kind of comfort food really hit the spot. Then after lunch I walked a couple of miles and visited with Babyzilla & her mom. I'd say it was a pretty good day.
