IMTA alum Tye Olson has a new movie called Tru Loved coming out on October 17th and the trailer is out now!!! According to Los Angeles Daily News: Out In Hollywood with Greg Hernandez, "Anyone attending closing night of Outfest in downtown LA a few weeks from now is in for a really wonderful treat when they see Tru Loved. I watched a screener last night and absolutely loved it! It's the new film by writer-director Stewart Wade who also did Coffee Date. This is about an extremely well-adjusted high schooler named Tru who is the new kid at her So Cal suburban high school and has two moms and two dads."

This just in! Tye Olson is the Winner of BEST ACTOR at CLIP Film Festival for his lead role in Watercolors! This movie is about a talented young artist named Danny Wheeler played by Tye. Tye competed at IMTA New York in the Summer of 2005 where he received a lot of attention for his strong acting abilities and his talent. Right after the convention he drove to Los Angeles and only four months later he booked the leading role in Watercolors. He also has a supporting role as Emil in the dramatic film, Brother's War. His other projects include the movies South of Pico, Cougar Club and Out at the Wedding. He has been featured in many music videos including songs by Hellogoodbye, Fall Out Boy and Blue October.
