Adrianne Palicki on Criminal Minds Tonight!

IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki will guest-star in the episode "The Thirteenth Step" on the hit show Criminal Minds tonight! The show will feature Adrianne as Sydney Manning, half of a murderous couple who are on a killing and crime spree.

In 2001, Adrianne competed at IMTA. "It was amazing. I love IMTA! I'm so sad it's over," said Adrianne in an interview with the IMTA Video Crew.

Adrianne has returned to star on the hit television series, Friday Night Lights where she portrays Tyra Collette, a small town girl who intertwines in the town drama. Adrianne is part of the original cast from Season 1 of this amazing television show. In Season 3, two other IMTA alums joined the cast: Zach Roerig (IMTA 2003) as Cash and Jeremy Sumpter (IMTA 2000) as lead character J.D. McCoy! Zach plays a lead on The Vampire Diaries where he plays Matt Honeycutt. Adrianne currently has a new feature film, Red Dawn scheduled to be released this year!

IMTA's Adrianne Palicki Premieres in the 5th Season of Friday Night Lights!

Adrianne Palicki, 2001 IMTA alum, returns for the fifth and final season of hit television show Friday Night Lights! Adrianne plays Tyra Collette, the popular "bad girl", and a central and riveting character. Adrianne is part of the original cast from season one of this amazing television show. In season 3, two other IMTA alums joined the cast: Zach Roerig (IMTA 2003) as Cash and Jeremy Sumpter (IMTA 2000) as lead character J.D. McCoy! Zach is also currently in a lead role on The Vampire Diaries where he plays Matt Honeycutt.

Adrianne first made news when she competed at IMTA in 2001! Her incredible talent and beauty attracted the attention of agency, cast directors and manager scouting for new talent. In an interview with the IMTA Video Crew, she said:

"It was amazing. I love IMTA! I'm so sad it's over."

Adrianne Palicki is Confirmed for Season 5 of Friday Night Lights!



Entertainment Weekly just broke the news that IMTA alum 2003 Adrianne Palicki will be part the fifth season of the hit show Friday Night Lights! You can read more about the scoop on EW's site. Adrianne is amazing as the original character Tyra Colette. She will share the screen with another IMTA alum, Jeremy Sumpter (IMTA '00) who plays quarterback J.D. McCoy!


Adrianne first made news when she competed at IMTA in 2001! She attracted lots of agency and manager attention from her outstanding performances in her IMTA modeling and acting competitions. In an interview with the IMTA Video Crew, she said, "It was amazing. I love IMTA! I'm so sad it's over." She will be on a new Fox series called Midland which is about a oil family from Texas. Her latest project to hit theaters was the horror fantasy Legion! Adrianne Palicki in the Pilot for Midland!

Adrianne Palicki, IMTA 03, is on a new Fox series called Midland. According THR: "A week after landing the "Spider-Man" reboot, director Marc Webb has been tapped to helm his first pilot, Fox's "Midland."...Written by "The Beaver" scribe Kyle Killen, the 20th TV-produced "Midland" is a soap set against the backdrop of an oil business that centers on a polygamist living a double life."
Adrianne latest project to hit theaters was the horror fantasy Legion alongside Paul Bettany and Dennis Quaid. Her first major film role was as Holly Rocket, in the film Women in Trouble. Adrianne's busy film schedule has limited her on-screen time this season in the highly acclaimed TV series Friday Night Lights. However, in January she appeared on Chelsea Lately where she shared that her character Tyra from Friday Night Lights was scheduled to come back for a few episodes! Adrianne recently wrapped the film Red Dawn, a remake of the 1984 action adventure about the U.S. being invaded by Russian and Chinese soldiers. It is scheduled for a November 2010, release.

Adrianne Palicki Update!

Adrianne (IMTA '01) will star as Charlie in a new horror film called Legion which is scheduled for release in January 2010. The story revolves around the apocalypse and Adrianne's character is pregnant with the savior of the world. She will return to Friday Night Lights for a multi-episode story arc to wrap up her beloved character Tyra's story. Last night, DirecTV premiered Season 4 of the acclaimed series. IMTA INSIDER INFO: Another IMTA alum-Jeremy Sumpter (IMTA '00) who plays quarterback J.D. McCoy is in the cast of FNL! The episode got rave reviews!

Adrianne is starring as Holly Rocket, a troubled woman in the new film Women in Trouble. Other actresses in the film include: Carla Gugino, Emmanuel Chriqui, Connie Britton, Marley Shelton and Cameron Richardson. The film is about ten women and their experiences in life. The movie is scheduled for release November 13, 2009. Adrianne is also working on a new thriller called Breaking the Girl. This film is going to into production in the Spring in Canada and is directed by Jaime Babbit. The story revolves around college students who make a pact to murder each others enemies. She has also signed on to have a lead role in the 2010 remake of the 80's hit, Red Dawn where she will play Toni Mason. IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki Breaking News!

IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki is continuing to be breaking news! First, she was announced to have a lead role in the 2010 remake of the 80's hit, Red Dawn and now, she will reprise her role as the ill-fated Jessica on Supernatural!

Adrianne first made news when she competed at IMTA in 2001! She attracted lots of agency and manager attention from her outstanding performances in her IMTA modeling and acting competitions. Adrianne is reported to have signed on for one episode of Supernatural that will air early on in the season. As for the Red Dawn remake, Adrianne will play Toni Mason (originally played by Jennifer Grey)! E! online says,"watching her shift from timid invasion survivor to tough girl should be fun to watch." Adrianne will also return to Friday Night Lights for a multi-episode story arc to wrap up her beloved character Tyra's story. She will also appear in the feature film thriller Legion, scheduled for release in January. Adrianne is one of Hollywood's hottest rising stars.

Sneak Peek of Zach Roerig in Vampire Diaries


IMTA alum Zach Roerig joins the cast of the new CW's series Vampire Diaries! He plays Matt Honeycutt. Variety has all the details and reports, "'Vampire Diaries,' based on a series of books from Alloy Entertainment, centers on a woman who falls for two vampire brothers - one good and one evil...Also joining the cast are Zach Roerig (Friday Night Lights) who will play the jock Matt, and Kayla Ewell ( Entourage), who will play Matt's sister. " The show will premiere this Fall on Thursdays on the CW!


Last season, Zach Roerig joined the cast of the hugely popular Friday Night Lights as Cash, a local rodeo star who had eyes for fellow IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki's character, Tyra Collette! Zach competed at the IMTA Convention in Los Angeles in 2003 where his charm, great looks and acting talent impressed the agents and managers attending. Zach signed with the late Thomas Harding Jones and FORD MODELS and was cast on One Life to Live, Reba and MTV's True Life. He is widely known for his portrayal of Casey Hughes on the daytime drama As The World Turns from 2005-2007.

Adrianne Palicki Update!

IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki and her fans have 2 new seasons and 26 more episodes in their future! Friday Night Lights was officially renewed! According to Variety, NBC and DirecTV agreed to a fourth and fifth season, which will be the same arrangement as this season's, where DirecTV airs the episodes first, commercial-free, before they air on NBC. IMTA INSIDER INFO: Two other IMTA alumni starred on the show this season; Zach Roerig as Cash and Jeremy Sumpter as J.D. McCoy!

The FNL Season Finale was also very well-reviewed by Ken Tucker, the Entertainment Weekly television critic who said,"What a humdinger of a finale we got for a superlative season of Friday Night Lights. Could things have been more tense, emotional, or funny? Coming on the heels of the announcement that we'll get two more seasons of FNL thanks to the agreement between DirecTV and NBC, that rarest of things has occurred: a relatively low-rated but unusually high-quality show has been saved from cancellation."

Adrianne competed at IMTA in New York City in 2001 and in an interview with the IMTA Video Crew, she said,"It was amazing. I love IMTA. I'm so sad it's over." She has graced the pages of of GQ Magazine and was nominated by FHM Magizine as "Girls to Watch". Her projects include Women in Trouble, where she portrays Holly Rocket, which is scheduled to be in theaters in the Fall and Legion, where she plays Charlie. After competing at IMTA, she went on to work in both film and television in such projects as 7 Mummies, The Robinsons: Lost in Space, Popstar, Smallville, CSI, North Shore, South Beach and Supernatural. She was also featured in a national Dove soap campaign.

Did you catch Adrianne guest-starring as Marisa Dixon this week on CSI: Miami? The episode, "Dead on Arrival" was seen by 12 million viewers according to Variety and was top-rated for the primetime slot! Way to go Adrianne!

Adrianne Palicki, Zach Roerig and Jeremy Sumpter in Friday Night Lights Season Finale Tonight!!!

Tonight is the season finale of the third season of Friday Night Lights starring THREE IMTA alums Adrianne Palicki, Zach Roerig and Jeremy Sumpter. According to a NBC Official Press Release:" we still have two more seasons ahead of us to follow the Dillon gang... Changes Come Along As Life Goes On In Dillon—Five months after the state championship, everyone is getting ready for some big changes. ..... Landry (Jesse Plemons) and Tyra (Adrianne Palicki) face an uncertain future as he helps her make fateful decisions about college."

Adrianne has been on FNL since season one. She stars as Tyra Collette, the popular "bad girl", and a central and riveting character. Variety named Adrianne as one of the actresses who should be considered for an Emmy nomination in a feature from Variety's Award Central! This talented gorgeous actress competed at IMTA in 2001.

Zach Roerig was cast as Cash this season, a local rodeo star who does his best to lasso fellow IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki's character, Tyra Collette! Zach competed at the IMTA Convention in Los Angeles in 2003 where his charm, great looks and acting talent impressed the agents and managers attending. Zach signed with the late Thomas Harding Jones and FORD MODELS and was cast on One Life to Live. Jeremy has starred in a several feature films including Frailty, Local Boys and The Sasquatch Dumpling Gang. After an exhaustive world-wide search, Jeremy was chosen to star as Peter in P.J. Hogan's $100 million dollar version of Peter Pan. Jeremy competed at IMTA in Los Angeles in January of 2000 where he met his manager Mark Robert of MARK ROBERT MANAGEMENT.

Friday Night Lights returns tonight with THREE IMTA alumni!!!!

Adrianne Palicki and Zach Roerig in Friday Night Lights Season Premiere!


Watch DirecTV tonight to catch the premiere of the third season of Friday Night Lights, starring IMTA alum, Adrianne Palicki as Tyra Collette! This Fall, you can watch the new episodes un-cut, commercial-free of the cult hit on DirecTV months before they air on NBC! Adrianne Palicki is one of the original cast members of this Emmy award-winning drama series which premiered in 2006.

Zach Roerig to Join Adrianne Palicki on Friday Night Lights!!

Friday Night Lights just picked IMTA alum Zach Roerig to play IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki's new love interest!!! Zach will play Cash, a local rodeo star who gets involved with Adrianne's character Tyra!! Executive producer Jason Katims told The Hollywood Reporter: "Tyra in the past eight months has [realized] that, while she loves Landry, she kind of feels like he's not really The Guy," he said. "So it becomes a story about 'Are they going to be able to be friends? And will Landry be able to accept that?" We can not wait to see what happens in the third season as Tyra enters her senior year!!!

Adrianne is also featured in the September issue of GQ Magazine!!! This red hot star has been so busy between working on Friday Night Lights. She is in post production on two projects: Women in Trouble, where she portrays Holly Rocket and Legion in which she plays Charlie. Adrianne competed at IMTA in New York City in 2001 where she shared this in an interview with the IMTA Video Crew, she said :"It was amazing. I love IMTA. I'm so sad it's over." He is in post production on the upcoming film Assassination of a High School President along with Micha Barton and Bruce Willis. He stars as Matt Mullin in this new comedic film. He recently wrapped another project called Dear Me where he plays Adam. Some of the projects he has worked on include: Official Selection, Tie a Yellow Ribbon, Reba, Law and Order, One Life to Live, The Guiding Light, As The World Turns and it's companion online reality series Inturn.

Adrianne Palicki and Jerry Ferrara in the Running for Emmy

IMTA alums Jerry Ferrara and Adrianne Palicki made the lists for consideration for a 60th Primetime Emmy Award! Jerry's show Entourage is up for a nomination for outstanding comedy series category. Adrianne's hit show Friday Night Lights is up for a nomination for outstanding drama series. The next step in getting a nomination was the Blue Ribbon Panel screening which just took place this past weekend! The nominees will be announced by the Television Academy at 5:40 a.m. on Thursday, July 17.

Jerry competed at IMTA in 2000 where he met and signed with an agent who encouraged him to move to Los Angeles. He landed the comedy King Of Queens. Jerry was then cast in the independent feature Cross Bronx which premiered at the 2004 Tribeca Film Festival and then worked on Brooklyn Rules. Jerry is best known for his role as Turtle on HBO's popular and 7 Emmy-nominated TV show Entourage. He has received a nomination for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series from the Screen Actors Guild and TV Chemistry from the Teen Choice Awards. Jerry was a presenter at both the VMAs and the Emmys last year!!

She went on to work in both film and television. IMTA alum, Adrianne Palicki , star of Friday Night Lights, is featured in the "Go Fresh" ad campaign for Dove and US Magazine. In a four-part video series called Dove's 20 Questions for 20 Somethings, Adrianne opens up about her life, health and beauty routines, obstacles she has faced and her hopes for the future. Adrianne is best-known for playing Tyra Collette on Friday Night Lights which will be back for a third season.

Adrianne Palicki: It's Official!


NBC just announced Friday Night Lights (FNL) will return for a third season in what the network called a "unique partnership with DirecTV." Adrianne will be returning in her role as Tyra Collette on this realistic and award-winning television drama. FNL is based the lives of people who live in a small town where high school football is all encompassing. The show portrays very realistic problems people can relate to and has a very committed fan following.


Adrianne competed at IMTA in New York City in 2001 and signed with an agent. During an interview with the IMTA Video Crew, she said,"It was amazing. I love IMTA. I'm so sad it's over." Her television credits include guest appearances on Smallville, CSI, North Shore, South Beach and Supernatural but her break out role is as Tyra Colette on Friday Night Lights. She was named one of the "Girls to Watch of 2008" by FHM Magazine- UK, named one of Maxim magazine's Hot 100 of 2007 list, appeared on the cover of Ocean Magazine and in the magazine Ocean Drive.

She was just cast in the horror movie Legion, co-starring with Paul Bethany. The film's plot is the story of an angel being sent from heaven to save the human race after God loses his belief in us. Adrianne will be playing the character Charlie in this film which is a Sony Pictures/BOLD production. It is set to begin shooting shortly in New Mexico.

Adrianne Palicki Update!

IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki is in the news and on newstands lately! Her beloved NBC series Friday Night Lights is reported to have an imminent renewal for a third season! She's also had some gorgeous layouts in several magazines. She is on the cover of this month's Ocean Magazine and was in the November 2007 issue of Ocean Drive. She was also named one of the "Girls to Watch of 2008" by FHM Magazine- UK. And she appeared in the video "We Are the Ones" by Black Eyed Peas front man Will I. Am supporting Barack Obama! Jessica Alba, Ryan Phillipe, George Lopez and many other stars appear in the very cool video. The stars offer reasons they believe in Barack Obama. Look for her in the beginning and at 2:30 where she says,"I believe in Barack Obama because he believes in us."

She went on to work in both film and television. Adrianne Palicki is on Fire in Friday Night Lights!

IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki has been receiving much praise for her role as Tyra Colette in season two of the hit NBC series Friday Night Lights! This amazing show received a Peabody Award, three Emmy nominations and won two, one of which was for Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series in it's very first season. It was also nominated for awards by the Image Awards and the Teen Choice Awards! The show is about a small town in Texas, called Dillon, where only one night matters: Friday Night. It uses this small town backdrop to deal with contemporary problems that many Americans are facing. The story
revolves around all the players, coaches, students, families and towns people, how important it is that the town's high school football team, the Dillon Panthers win, the conflicts that arise between everyone, and the excitement it creates. Tonight's epsiode will reveal whether the football team can still win without their lead player, Smash, who is suspended for the rest of the season.
Adrianne competed at IMTA in New York City in 2001 and was signed by an agent. During an interview with the IMTA Video Crew, she said,"It was amazing. I love IMTA. I'm so sad it's over." She went on to work in both film and television. Her first feature-film was 7 Mummies, she starred as Judy Robinson in the television pilot The Robinsons: Lost in Space, and she had a much larger role in the feauture film Popstar. Her television credits include guest appearances on Smallville, CSI, North Shore, South Beach and Supernatural. She was recently named one of Maxim magazine's Hot 100 of 2007 list. Friday Night Lights is Back with Adrianne Palicki!

Catch the premiere of Season 2 of IMTA alum Adrianne Palicki's hit series Friday Night Lights this Friday, October 5. This episode is named Last Days of Summer and Adrianne is back as Tyra Colette in the drama about a high school football team in a small town. After the show there will be an exciting live online blog chat with Executive Producer Jeff Reiner for 30 minutes. Adrianne competed at IMTA in New York City in 2003 and was signed by an agent. She went on to work in both film and television.
